Pilates is a great way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture which will enhance your quality of life in the long run.
Suitable for all ages, this introductory class is designed such that you can try Pilates out without a background in sports. In this 60-minute class, we will explore basic Pilates techniques through a series of simple exercises. You will learn to understand your body better and perhaps attempt to go beyond your original limitations.
As this is a focused group, you will receive an optimum level of individual attention. Also, I will share secrets of how dancers build strength and flexibility which helps them to prevent pain and injuries.
Class are held on weekdays (10am – 1pm) and weekends (2pm - 4pm) at Tampines Abacus Plaza, Glow Fitness Studio.
Exercise mats will be provided. So see you there!
*This training session will only take place if a minimum group of 8 pax is formed.
YENNY YEE is a certified Pilates Instructor. She has been involved in competitive sports and dance for more than 3 years prior to entering the fitness industry. To date, she has conducted more than 100 classes of cardio and strength types.
